An accomplished business and immigration attorney, Rodney Malpert holds both a master of arts and a juris doctor from Cornell University. Over the course of a career that has spanned well over three decades, he has established himself as a skilled litigator and a sought-after public speaker on immigration law. Rodney Malpert’s specific areas of expertise include the acquisition of employment-based E1B visas and PERM labor certification through the US Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration.

Since 2008, Rodney Malpert has served as partner at the law firm of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy in Phoenix, Arizona. This position has enabled him to solidify his reputation in immigration law by maintaining a consistent presence on Who’s Who Legal in Corporate Immigration and speaking before organizations such as the Council for Global Immigration, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Paralegal Association of Santa Clara County.
